Timi’s Alpina

Timi's Alpine was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in on the recommendation of a coworker and was able to get in the very next day. My car was ready the same day and the service was super cost-efficient. ❤️ Everyone there is so friendly—they even showed up a half hour early just to accommodate my work schedule! I would recommend them again and again. Truly amazing service and the nicest family business owners I’ve met here in Anchorage, Alaska!

We sent our vehicle to Timi’s Alpina after replacing the spark plugs ourselves twice within the last year. When it happened a third time, we figured something bigger must be wrong. We explained the situation to the owner, hoping our concern would be taken seriously—that simply replacing the spark plugs wouldn’t fix the underlying issue. While he did say the spark plugs would have a 1-year warranty if they failed again, I wish he had listened more closely to our concerns at the start. We called Timi’s, and they asked us to bring the v…

We had a terrible experience with this auto repair shop. We brought our car in because the check engine light was on. We explained the symptoms we were experiencing to the owner, who diagnosed it as an alternator issue and charged us over $800 for the repair. A few days later, the check engine light came back on with the same error. We took the car back to the shop, and the owner suggested we buy spark plug wires from an auto parts store and replace them. He also advised us to take the car for a long drive to see if that would fix the problem. However, he refused to inspect the car or attempt any further repairs. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I called the shop and spoke to the owner…

Fantastic, honest, contentious shop. Rasim is the best and his front desk manager is kind, helpful, and organized! Timi’s has done major work in my car for the last year and fixed many issues created by a previous mechanic. Last week Rasim stopped everything when I drove up bc my engine oil light had come on. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes, despite already being busy. I will not go anywhere else in Anchorage.

I had an outstanding experience at Timi's Alpina Auto Repair Shop! The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed and provided an accurate estimate upfront. The quality of their work is top-notch—my car feels brand new! What sets them apart is their honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. They even went the extra mile to check other minor issues and addressed them without additional charges. If you're looking for reliable and efficient auto repair services, Timi's Alpina is the place to go. Highly recommended!
