Alaska Professional Auto

best mechanic you can find in town, especially if like me you owen a old van. I had been stuck in anchorage with my van from 1982. They took me in for a check and to repair the radiator, all in around 1 hour. Most kind and gentle person I have ever met. Thank you a lot for your help and let me keep enjoying my journey in Alaska

Ali Shop is the best auto repair shop in Alaska! They are professional, fast, and hardworking. They were able to identify and fix a problem in my car that several other shops couldn’t find. Thank you so much, Mr. Ali! He always welcomes everyone with a smile, and his entire team is truly professional. I now recommend Ali Shop to everyone who asks me for a trustworthy and skilled garage.

I had Ali replace a transmission oil cooler line as well as an engine oil cooler line. I brought one of the parts I wanted installed. Upon pick up he said that I had the wrong part. Which I know for fact it was the right part. He just wanted to put a 200% mark-up on parts. I know this because I went to auto zone after vehicle pick up to return the oil cooler line that was supposedly wrong part. We double checked that it was right part to fit my make and model. I found out that he too gets his parts from auto zone at a discounted rate. When he told me he went directly to dealership for parts. So we looked his account up on their database and saw both oil cooler lines were purchased…

I was traveling when my check engine light when on. Alaska Professional Auto took me in without wait. They fixed my vehicle within reasonable time. We were able to get back on the road to continue our destination without any trouble. I highly recommend this auto motive shop. The customer service is amazing and the service was prompt and professional.

If you are looking for a reliable place to repair your older vehicles, this is it! I called Ali Monday and right away he was enthusiastic and said that they could fix what I needed and try to get me out ASAP. He took the RV Tuesday at noon and found the parts I needed for our 1985 Chevy Jamboree RV as well as getting me the vehicle by the end of the day on Wednesday! (I called last minute after being out of town longer than anticipated and was crossing my fingers to be ready for a trip to Homer this Friday. Ali made it happen!)
