BMW of Anchorage Service Center

I truly had the best experiences at this service center compared to any other dealer service center I've been to; proper expectations, easy follow up, and my friendly service advisor Trent makes me trust them too!

This service center gets it — they not only take care of the problem, they take ownership if they caused it. They are timely and professional. At the end of every service, I receive a video from the service technician who not only runs through everything done to my vehicle, but even identifies himself on the video so I know exactly who serviced my baby. And I can’t say enough about my service representative Trent Mendenhall. He’s the best out there for sure, always making sure we’re happy and satisfied, I’d also like to congratulate Trent, he’s marking 5 years with the BMW Anchorage Service Center this month. BMW has a very valuable employee in Trent and we love him!

Trent in service was very officiant and personable on my visit for service. Our Mini Is running well and we will return.

I had a flat run flat tire and made it over to BMW on 5th. They were able to fix it that day, quickly and get my car back to me before the end of the day. Very professional and helpful! Definitely a 5 star service experience!

As far as dealerships go , BMW of Anchorage has been the best experience! I’m kind of a Mercedes guy , but the BMW dealership is such a better experience than the one I have with Mercedes of Anchorage. You just can’t beat the energy from the service department. Trent stands out.! well informed and talented. The service department has no parallel, their technicians go above and beyond shout out to Carl.
