Had problems with my car brakes, didn’t have An appointment 3 in the afternoon they took me in and in 1 1/2 hrs it was fixed! I was headed back home in Soldotna when my brakes started to act up they made sure I was able to get home. Good people good service good price why go anywhere else!! Five stars plus a few more and they do a GOOD JOB!!!!!

I had planned to get all of my work for my car done here after the free inspection and pics they showed me which was going to be about $1900. And i was coming back in bits as my budget allowed. I called today and there was some new girl on the phone who hung up on me while I was asking her questions about why my brakes are squeaking after their inspection. I just had the rotors and pads all replaced last year and they werent squeaking until after these guys touched it. I asked her why would the BG flush cause this to happen and she kept repeating the same sentence in the same dead dry voice just trying to get me off the phone. I'm about 8 months overdue writing this review, but time to rant and rave and hopefully prevent others from having their vehicles damaged by this Meineke on Tudor! I've been here quite a few times over the last few years and had them work on 3 of my vehicles. Are they great? No, but they've never been bad until recently. Last fall I had my summer tires removed, and winter studs put on. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. I spent more than 3 hours due to their air compressor not working. I drive by all the time and this place is super local from where I work. So I gave them a shot here at Meineke. Got CV Axles done all around. So far driving around for a few weeks seems like my car was fixed well. Thank you!! They do a full inspection on the car no matter what I am told and I received that. I have an older car so it’s good to keep up with what is going on! A quality report is generated with the offer to all jobs needed if you want. The process works!! Oh, and the prices are very reasonable which is a huge plus here! I might just return when there is something else I don’t want to fix myself! Meineke damaged the rims on my BMW. The staff did not have the proper tools to complete the tire swap properly and instead of turning me away or speaking with their manager, they decided to try. The images attached are a result of their try. All four of my OEM rims have been damaged. I tried to reach a resolution with management for refurbishing but they refused to provide a rental car as my only mode of transportation would be in the shop for a week. They said they would only pay for the rims to be refurbished and not the rental car and they would require me to sign a release that would not allow me to seek additional damages.
