They did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the status of our new car that had a factory defect! Hannah Thayer kept us updated through text on what work needed to be done and even ordered us an uber when we dropped the car off! Would definitely recommend Kia Customers service!

AJ was helpful and conscientious about making sure my car needs were met. He did a good job at communicating the issue and what would need to be done. I did not have an appointment since you can't plan a flat, but he fit my car in when he could to get me back on the road.
