I recently went out of warranty at my dealership and was unsure who to use. A friend highly recommended Hale's and I am so grateful! We had the absolute BEST experience. The job was done right, and the price was great. LOVE that it's a "mom and pop" shop. The icing on the cake was the customer service was top notch!

Brought my 98’ Toyota Camry in for headlights, interior lights and an exhaust leak, was quoted for 3 hours of diagnostics for each problem, and even though their website says $98 an hour, I was told upon paying for my invoice that the actual rate is $145 an hour and when I asked about the difference I was told “Our website hasn’t been updated in 25 years.” Very unprofessional to respond that way. …

A different, clearly predatory shop (they barely tried to hide it) was trying to convince me I needed to replace my head gasket. Always fun to get in your car first thing in the morning and find out your tire pressure is low. When you find out there’s a screw in your tire that makes it even more fun. Contacted them and they were able to get us in right after work. Less than a half an hour later we were on our way home. Could not be more pleased with their service!
